    Schedule-Kim's Blog

I'm finally getting my schedule down!  I'm very excited, although, I am pretty sick but have still been getting my butt to the gym.  I have cheated :(  I just can't stay away from those hershey kisses, but I've been limiting myself so I guess that's an improvement.

    Alyssa's Blog: AUGH!

So... yeah, I'm doing great exercise wise!  Running everyday, trying to do strength training, etc.  But the FOOD!  I'm still nursing my youngest baby (he turns one next month, yeah!) and I'm having such a hard time.  I know I can do it, I just need to be more diligent.  My kids are keeping me on my toes though, which is great!  And I really want to look awesome when my honey gets back from his time in Iraq, not just for him, but for me too!  The smack down starts this week!!!  I can do it!  :)

Kim's Blog: Showering at the gym

Okay, so today was my first day going to school then the gym and then to work Which means that I had to shower at the gym!  I hate it with a passion.  Well, I finished working out and go down to the locker room, brought all of my things to the shower and realized I HAD NO TOWEL!!!  Which totally sucked.  The first stall I wanted to go in had a huge bench in it with little hairs on, that totally creeped me out!  So I took my shower anyways because I needed to go to work and didn't want to stink.  I'm trying to put my pants on and the floor is soaked so I'm trying to stand on my tippy toes so my pants don't get wet which so did not work.  I think next time I will go a little more prepared, make sure there is a CLEAN bench near me so I can stand on it while putting my pants on, hahaha!

    First Day Back cont...

I've been so tired and working out is supposed to give you more energy...right?  I just hope I can keep getting to the gym and ignore my desire to not go because of the exhaustion.  Any encouragement I can get is very helpful, thanks to my sister, she encourages me all the time and I'm so proud that she's my sister and my teammate :)  I love you Lys!
